Features:
1. The central computer employed a color monitor for
touch screen operation and top control software. In
fixed period displays performance and production parameters.
Industrial computer give synchronous control of all
unwinder, rewinder and all guide roller¡¯s speed.
2. Employed an automatic registration controller. Stable,
reliable and easy to operate. The registration and checking
sensors have high resolution and very sensitive, widely
fits most materials.
3. Overprint system realized automatic substrate alignment:
Auto initial alignment -- slow memory alignment -- high
speed alignment.
4. Unwinder control system includes AC motors, low frictional
cylinders, tension sensor and V.F. drive, etc. And they
are controlled by the computer. It realized synchronous
tension and speed and it is with functions of web exchange
pre-driving and automatic high speed splicing.
5. The infeed and outfeed control system includes AC
motors, none frictional cylinders, tension sensors,
closed loop of vector V.F drives.
6. Rewinder control system includes AC motors, tension
sensors and V.F drives. It has a synchronous speed,
tension and conic software system. Pre drive for web
exchange and high speed splice.
7. Both the unwinder and rewinder are turret type. None
stop web exchange.
8. Printing station: Shaftless printing cylinder to
insure easy exchange. Doctor blade may work transversely
and realized ink circulation.
9. Drying system adopted closed drying chambers. High
efficiency and environment reserving. After printing
cooling device is water cooling roller.
10. Main transmission system is built up with motors
with V. F drive, gearbox with flexible axis, print station
oil dipping type high accuracy gearbox, etc.
11. All pulling rollers, impression rollers, drying
chamber and doctor blades use pneumatic systems for
automatic control.
12. Verso printing system is optional.
