6. Both forming roller and cooling roller are with double-return-route cooling system.They are to coordinate with computerized die temperature controller so as to insure accurate control of roller surface temperature,smooth sheets and same thickness.
7. Winding station:Employed a big torque motor. With automatic tension control,it may freely adjust the speed and winding tension so as to insure tidy sheet winding.With the slitting devices,it may preset product width.With a counter for presetting of product weight by conversion.
8. Electrical control system adopted imported safety standard components.Space saving.Easy operation. Product width:As buyer requested.
