This machine includes four kinds of mechanical facilities, such as polisher, sole-presser, nail-beater and shoetree unit. Please read thru this manual book to insure your correct, secure and convenient use;and make full use of its functions.

I.A Brief Introduction to Configurations & Functions Polishing Machine: This machine employed a case shape frame structure with border-milling cutter in the left and two rows of main grind wheel in it's front face.There is a dismantable prickwheel in it's left and in it's right there are a dismantable hairbrushing wheel and two fixed hairbrushing wheels as well as two buffing wheels which can fulfil the operation of polishing and buffing in all parts of leathershoe. It's also equipped with a mighty dust-absorbing equipment so that the dust-absorber in the bottom of the wheel can effectively absorb the powder produced during polishing. In it's top left there is an electrical operation panel. There are all kinds of push buttons to control the whole machine's activities. Dust-absorb fan is equipped in the middle of bottom frame.
Sole-Pressing Machine: This machine employed a column structure.The upper case is the cylinder chamber.There are two pressing blocks under the cylinder piston.Operation board is in the middle.
There equipped with removable shoe-props, which equipped with manly/womanly left/right shoe-brackets and heel-brackets so as to felt the bottom of the shoe and impose the equal and invariable pressing force.The air pressure of this machine is modulated to 0.5MPA, which can be read from the pressure gauge. Nail-Beater; It's built up with a height-adjustable column shape shoe-bracket and a nail shooting gun connecting to the gas resource of the bottom-presser through quick replacing socket of the bottom-presser.Shoe-supporter rack is equipped with manly/womanly, front/back shoe-bracket so as to beat the nail in the bottom of the shoe. Shoetree unit; It has left/right shoe-brackets and equipped with manly /womanly shoe-molds which consists of 14 accessories. It can realize the expanding and design-finalizing of all parts of the leathershoe. Everything is done by the hand wheel.

I II.Use and Maintenance:

Preparation Before Using:
Please check whether the axial tighten fittings are tight enough or not before using the polisher, if not, you should tight them properly. loosen is not allowed.Check the pressing block is loosen or not, before use the bottom-presser.
Plug in:
Please check whether all push buttons are reset or not (turn-off devices)before plug in.
Running: If you want to start up one of the polishing wheels of the polisher, you should startup the relative push buttons according to the diagram on the electrical panel.When using the nail-beater, you should pay attention to the gun.Do not ponit to people in case causing the accidental injury.
Clean out wastage in the front/back of every expanding tight position of the shoemould laster.
After Operation:
After the polisher and the bottom-presser complete their work, you should first turn all the buttons to "off" position. Then pull out the plug and clean away wastage on the electrical panel and clean out wastage in the fan in fixed periods.
Cautions:
When handling the bottom-presser, you should keep it vertical in case damaging the air pump inside the air compressor.The working voltage of the air compressor should keep in the scope of 220V±/-20V in case damaging the motor.
