1. Printing speed reached 250 m/min. and so production efficiency is greatly improved.
2. Printing width is big. This is not only to improve efficiency several times, but also able to print super wide graphics. Professional persons know whenever the sheet width is enlarged, the more difficulty will come out.
3. The machine employed Rockwell-AB company's LOGIX5500 computer closed loop control. After calculation, a position control signal shall be sent out by the motion controller after calculation. Then every color unit's servo motor adjust the phases. This is to move the color mark to position gradually so as to form a complete loop of tension control.
4. Computerized closed tension loop is used.
5. Impressive rubber roller is free to clutch and close. The pressure is adjustable within the range.
6. Unwinding pull is of double-roller rolls to each other type. Tension control has a high accuracy. The tension transmission employed low-frictional cylinders with highly accurate air valve for adjustment. Easy control and the tension is not influenced by the web diamter.
7. The machine employed aluminum roller with surface anodized. The surface friction resistance is enforced and the friction is small, good for paper to pass.
