Offset Printing Press
Features:
3 specialities: Transverse sheet feeding, with belt conveyer, idler wheel type side-pull regulator to insure top imprinting quality.
Warer and ink separated: 16 pieces of ink rollers and 3 pieces for impression; 5 pieces are water rollers and two pieces are for impression. This way to insure equal printing color.
Photoelectrical inspection: Double sheets and press together employed photocell for inspection and control to avoid double sheets and multiple sheets. With LCD for display. Accurate counting.
V.F. drive:Employed variable frequency drive for speed regulation and easy operation.
Acceptable plate material ：PS plate, zinc oxide plate and water base plate are acceptable.
Acceptable paper weight range: 28 - 250 GSM.
