Features and advantages:
1. Absolute top global design, a summit equipment star. Maximum sheeting and ruling speed reaches 250 m/min. Highly automatic: For the complete line, only 2 operators are needed. It is your first choice of exercise-book, note-book and related production.
2. Control system is a Germany MKS Motion Controller with. 2 Mitsubishi /
YASKAWA servo motor control sheeting and inserting units. Variable frequency motor for printing control to insure high speed and top stable ruling.
3. Unwinding: single turret design. It is with edge position control system. With one independent hydraulic station.
4. With 2 insert stations: The buyer has the choice to put 1 color page and 1 cover piece. Meanwhile this line is equipped with longitudinal dot cutting systems (5 knives and 5 back pressing devices). So the buyer may make small sized exercise- books and notebooks.
5. It may be used as a flexo printing machine for both ruling and picture printing.
6. Deep pile: 1.3 meters deep and with non-stop pull-away system.
7. This design is designed only for big company batch production.
I. Basic configuration
1. Unwinder, 1 set. Standard global design. Includes one independent hydraulic
station. Web reel may adjust both transversely and vertically.
2. Printing tower with 4 printing units (that is 2 + 2 printing units). Sleeve type printing
plate. With one crane for plate exchange.
3. Sheeting employed hob cutting. With inline dot cutting and back pressing devices.
With automatic dust absorb and collect system.
4. Insert station: 2 sets. Each with one independent vacuum pump and computer
control. You may use one to insert color page and one to insert the cover. The
production line has counting function. Therefore label insert station is not needed
any more.
5. Deep pile: depth 1.3 meters. With tidy shaking function. With non-stop take away
devices and so less paper waste and higher production efficiency.
6. Control systems: Germany MKS Motion Controller is the brain. Very stable and
reliable. Mitsubishi/Yaskawa servo motor to insure printing and sheeting precision.
Print precision is within + /- 0.1 mm. Sheeting precision within +/- 0.05 mm. Printing
station employed specialized variable frequency motor control. The motor is
insured to keep speed regulation at constant torque and same torque at low
frequency.
7. With 4 sets of printing cylinders. The printing lengths are 600 mm, 615 mm, 635
mm and 540 mm.
