Features and applications:
This machine is developed from Propheteer design and designed with CAD. It includes the unwinding unit, 6 printing uinits, UV curing, stamping, die cutting, rewinding, sheet collection unit, electrical control, Video web viewing system, etc. other units.
Many new technologies, new craftworks and imported components are used. Most components are process with CNC machining centers and digital equipment. Every working procedure is strictly controlled as per ISO9000 standards.
FLX460 is widely used in self adhesive tape, kraft paper,paper board, corrugated cardboard, aluminum paper, plastic film and other web materials. Since the applied ink is water based ink or UV ink, harmless to human health, it is applied in foodstuff, medical product, label and other industries.

More information:
1.Unwinding system : It employed 2-stage tension control. 1st stage tension may adjust freely as per the paper roll size and paper thickness. 2nd tension system has a speed inspection motor, tension inspector, vector V. F. drive to form a closed loop control. This atomatic adjustment insures stable tension during printing and high printing accuracy.
2. 2-stage edge position control : 1st stage is in front of the printing units to insure good registration. 2nd stage is before the die cutting station to insure accurate sheet position.
3. Drying system: The printing unit has both independent UV drying and hot air IR (infrared ray) drying systems.
4. Video web viewing system (imported) : Video camera-based system with high quality monitor for web inspection at production speed. Used for checking print quality and registration.
5. Printing phase exchanger: Employed Germany gear reducer to insure good registration.
6. Finished product treatment: With independent sheet carriage and automatic rewinder. Operator may shift as needed.
7. Slitting: This system is with pneumatic slitting blades. Operator may adjust as needed.
8. Automatic die cutting system: With 3 independent inline die cutting units. It may fulfill needs of punching, stamping, die cutting, sheeting, etc.
