III. Structure and applications:
It is made up with a machine frame, guide rail frame, platform, blade drive system, blade tension device, blade sharpening sand wheel, etc.
The machine frame is made welded with channel steel. There is a set of initiative wheel and 3 sets of passive wheels installed on the machine frame. The sharpening sand wheel is also fixed in the machine frame. The rotational button is to adjust the sand wheel's stroke. There is a long hole in both ends of the sand wheel's fixing plate. That is for adjustment of the grinding blade angle. All protection covers on the machine are easy to open and close.
The guiding rail is made with 2 (or 3) electrical elevator rails and 4 inclined supports. Installed in the machine frame. There is cushion devices in both ends and supported with 2 legs.
The work platform is made with 2 angle steel frames and clump plates. Connected with chains in the middle. When you exchange the blade, you may loosen the connection pin. In the right hand side there are gears in both ends. With the hand wheel, transmission shaft and gear, it may move the positioning plate for different sized cutting. The work platform's movement of to-and-from is moved by the operator's hand push.
