Features:
It is mainly to produce unilateral PE stretch film.
* V.F.drive for speed regulation and power saving and to insure easy operation. With counter and buzzer to control film length.
* Unique Taiwan screw and cylinder with independent heating zones to insure accurate heating and curing.
* Cast aluminum heaters inside the T-die to insure trouble free for a very long time.
* Unique T-die is the newest update of the key technology to insure No.1 product quality.
* With leftover winding up system to keep your workshop clean.(If wastage blowing system wanted, please mention it before you order. Add 0 USD.)
* At present, it is one of the best stretch film extrusion equipment in China.
Note:
Cooling water: natural house using or workshop using water.
Original material: LLDPE resin and glue (Poly isobutylene),(made in South Korea, DAEUM INDUSTRIAL CO.LTD.Tel:+ 82-2-3705 3000/3331).
Glue: Natural dropping by a tank with a hole, very small quantity (0.3-0.5%) or even no glue.
